Adopt shared agent tooling #28
Description
Adopt shared BoxLite tooling so this repository gains Git gates, managed guidance, and host plugin activation while retaining npm test as its private check.
Review and merge in dependency order:
- chore: install shared agent tooling #34: core installation, 357 lines; fixes Install the shared tooling profile and Git gates #29.
- chore: add the canonical Claude bootstrap #35: Claude bootstrap, 365 lines; fixes Add the canonical Claude bootstrap command #30.
- chore: activate Claude agent tooling hooks #36: Claude activation, 43 lines; fixes Activate Claude startup and prompt checks #31.
- chore: validate adopted tooling for Codex bootstrap #38: Codex validation, 143 lines; fixes Add the Codex tooling validation stage #32.
- chore: complete Codex agent tooling activation #39: Codex activation, 295 lines; fixes Complete Codex bootstrap and startup activation #33.
Every PR targets its predecessor. Retarget onto main as predecessors merge. The final tree matches the complete adoption. Installation, guidance, template comparisons, and npm test passed; one optional live test was skipped.
