Part of #28; depends on #30. Wire Claude SessionStart to its bootstrap and UserPromptSubmit to its per-session success check. Estimated size: 43 changed lines.

Acceptance: settings exactly match the upstream template, JSON and profile validation pass, and both referenced script paths exist.
