Thank's Robert, I really like this one.
At first I tought, maybe we could get the country from the site context. But then I remembered that county <-> operator isn't a 1:n relation but a n:m relation. So it makes sense to specify this at the shortcode. Furthermore we can catch some edge cases like GYSEV with this approach.
