go: updated to newer version; git-lsf use prebuild binary

Building git-lfs on riscv64 (under qemu) hangs. As git-lfs provides binary distro git-lfs for all our support archs , so this PR proposes to use those.

Also update go version to `1.26.11 and build it using go-bootstrap
