Document rippled→xrpld binary rename in commandline usage as part of 3.2.0 (XRPLF/rippled#5983).
Left for separate PRs to keep this change scoped: the "rippled server/API" terminology, the
rippled.cfg/ripple.cfgconfig filenames, file paths, and therippled <command>examples in API-method docs (all still work via the symlink).
