Adds 3 extra detonation methods to chambombs Adds the ability to lock the disguise of the chameleon bomb, even if it hasnt been disguised yet
Adds arm methods for clicking something with it either point blank or at range. adds desc_controls to the disguised details
Entirely steals the examine and examine more of the target now
Now able to be discounted (did you know you need a cost of 4TC or more to be eligible for discount?) Less able to spam out around the station, as that was a concern of the rat in the pr discussion thread

About The Pull Request
Theres probably a jojos reference to make for this, but i havent watched jojos.

The chameleon bomb is a tiny item with a 3 light explosion range, when used in hand, it immediately detonates.
hitting an item with the chameleon bomb disguises the bomb as the item, copying the name, description and weight class of the target item.
alt-clicking the bomb locks the disguise, preventing it from changing disguises again.
This... probably could be coded better, but i was just stealing from the chameleon projector as a base.
Why It's Good For The Game
Oh its absolutely not, but its funny in the same way the door charge is.
Testing
See video above, notable issues is that it doesnt instantly update the inhand, and doesnt completely copy the examine of other things.
