refactor: clarify runtime names and align Universal Code branding

Summary

Current source names mix product history with runtime responsibilities, making the main execution path harder to find. This batch gives five existing concepts consistent names:

Update associated constructors, interfaces, imports, filenames, tests, architecture documentation, and generated metadata. The large file count comes primarily from mechanical Go references and 939 frontend identifier replacements. There are no compatibility aliases or new abstractions.

Keep existing HTTP routes, serialized fields, protocol IDs, database identifiers, data directories, credentials, executable names, and historical ADRs stable. runworktree describes Run-owned workspace lifecycle; the underlying gitadvanced.ManagedWorktree keeps its existing meaning.

Validation

• Go 1.26.6: all packages compile, with nine existing tests selected for agent execution, subagent execution, worktree lifecycle, OpenAPI, activity presentation, release notices, and CLI templates.
• Desktop-tag packages compile; TestDesktopStartupFailureMessageIsBoundedAndPathFree passes with desktop,wv2runtime.error.
• Frontend npm run build passes.
• Frontend: 268 tests in 12 relevant API, branding, connection, activity, sidebar, settings, and workspace test files pass.
• Protocol registry evolution check against d9766fadd8f441d85309cc25900f06599c2d9e8a, surface inventory generation, OpenAPI generation, and API type generation pass.
• git diff --check passes.

Local validation uses compilation and focused existing tests for this naming change. The full platform matrix is left to CI.
