OpenCode's documentation still included obsolete installation commands and capture details, while the main guides repeated upgrade warnings. Present the current installation and memory workflow directly, and keep version and migration guidance in a short troubleshooting note.
Refresh the platform tables, contributor setup, summary model defaults, and the DSH writer reference. Clarify transcript database selection and how tools and Skills are loaded.
