Adds @vue/apollo-components: ApolloQuery, ApolloMutation, ApolloSubscription, ApolloSubscribeToMore and ApolloFragment, built on @vue/apollo-composable and sharing the same client.
The docs now cover both APIs side by side.
Also fixes two composable bugs the components turned up.
