i followed the suggested on the troubleshooting page, did not do anything.

i tried reinstalling studio, clearing vinegar cache, reinstalling vinegar, all do not work

Can you try wiping everything related to Vinegar by running rm -rf ~/.var/app/org.vinegarhq.Vinegar ?

I assume this is the issue you're affected by:

Could you try setting WINEDLLOVERRIDES=winegstreamer= in Vinegar's settings to verify this?
