docs: remove 4 dead demo-store URLs from README#1533

- commerce-v1.vercel.store (401) — the v1 demo at vercel.store was retired - medusa-nextjs-commerce.vercel.app (404) — demo deployment was removed - wix-nextjs-commerce.vercel.app (402) — demo deployment was removed (now requires Wix login) - vercel-commerce.oramasearch.com (ERR) — Orama's demo deployment is down For each, kept the GitHub code link (the canonical home) and either removed the [Demo] suffix or added a parenthetical noting the demo is unavailable.

Removes 4 dead demo-store URLs that returned 4xx (v1 commerce, medusa, wix, orama) and updates the v1 note to mention the v1 demo is offline.
