OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.

Tunnel commands crashed with a fatal TypeError when tunnel-info.json had
been written by 5.10.4 or earlier:

Tunnel::__construct(): Argument #4 ($remotePort) must be of type int,
string given, called in src/Service/TunnelManager.php on line 197

create() has cast the relationship port to int since #91, but
unserialize() built Tunnel objects straight from the decoded state file.
Those older versions persisted the port as a string, so the bad value is
already on disk for affected users and every later run fails on load.
The earlier fix only stopped new bad state being written.

Read the ports and PID through a check that accepts only positive
integers, skipping entries whose host or ports are missing or unusable.
Casting blindly would be unsafe: a PID that cast to 0 would make
posix_kill() signal the CLI's whole process group. Also let getId() cope
with metadata parts that are absent or not strings, since it runs on old
state too.

Make close() remove its own entry and rewrite the state file. It deleted
the pid file but left the entry for the next run's posix_kill($pid, 0)
pruning to collect, which never happens where the posix extension is
unavailable. A leftover pre-5.10.5 state file on Windows therefore
listed tunnels that tunnel:close could not clear.
