It's fixed in AdGuard Spanish/Portuguese list. Update that list (click on the eye icon at the end of the list), open new tab and test again.

No one asked but here's my two cents: I got a more troublesome way to go around their block that works. But it's unfair for they to abuse adds and pop-ups being a piracy website and block those who don't want them. The way is now it opens the website but not the chapters.

If the site owner constantly counters uBO there is no fix for this site.
