Closes #241. Builds on #240.
Names every decision record by its date and slug,
YYYYMMDD-slug.mdunderdocs/decisions/, and makes the slug its id: a link is[[decisions/<slug>]], with the record's title as the default text. No record carries a number any more, in its file name, its front matter or its heading; 15 records that had nodate:get the date of their first commit, and the one record without front matter gets it. The rule is a record of its own,decisions/a-decision-is-named-by-its-date-and-slug.Every reference to a record names the slug: the id links under
docs/, the paths in the dune rules, the tests and the workflow, and "ADR NNNN" in code comments, programs,CLAUDE.mdand the issue templates. The indexer and the Lua filter drop their number rule, andscripts/decisions.test.tschecks each file name against the record's date and the slugs for uniqueness.arch-checksearchesdocs/decisions/and finds the records again. The build bundlepackages/www/public/beloch/beloch-eval.jsstill embeds one comment with a number from the standard library; its next rebuild refreshes it.
