背景：采用 PR tisfeng#1345 完成 issue tisfeng#1344 的腾讯翻译移除工作，响应腾讯云官方退市安排；该分支与最新 dev 的乌尔都语本地化存在冲突。 变更：合入最新 dev，删除三个腾讯专属字符串的全部语言条目，保留其他新增翻译及 PR 原有的 AES/SHA-256 实现，并记录验证结果。 影响：腾讯翻译继续移除，其他本地化及现有加密行为保持一致；本地集成版本通过 Debug 构建和 1 个现有 AES 测试。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- chore(tencent): merge dev and resolve pr 1345 localization conflicts context: Adopt PR tisfeng#1345 for the Tencent removal step of issue tisfeng#1344 following Tencent Cloud's official retirement notice. The branch conflicts with Urdu localization added to dev. change: Merge the latest dev, remove all locale entries for three Tencent-only strings, preserve other new translations and the PR's AES/SHA-256 implementation, and record validation results. impact: Tencent remains removed while other localization and encryption behavior stay intact. The local integration passes the Debug build and one existing AES test.
