- Line 325: Update sqliteDSN to detect foreign-key pragmas only among parsed DSN
query parameters and their _pragma values; do not search dbPath for the
substring. Preserve the existing behavior that adds _pragma=foreign_keys(1) when
no query parameter enables foreign keys.

path here shadows the imported path package that getDBConfig uses
Purpose
TestApplicationImportExportSuitefails now and then on the SQLite job (#5790's run 38520657205, and the same on #5660 on 2026-10-07): re-importing an application right afterDELETE /applications/{id}answered 204 fails withUNIQUE constraint failed: OAUTH_INBOUND_PROFILE.ENTITY_ID, OAUTH_INBOUND_PROFILE.DEPLOYMENT_ID. The application row was gone, so the import took the create path, but the OAuth profile row had survived the delete. The profile is removed by
ON DELETE CASCADEfromINBOUND_CLIENT, and SQLite enforces foreign keys only on a connection that has turned them on. The provider turned them on with onedb.Exec("PRAGMA foreign_keys = ON")after opening, which reaches only the pooled connection that happened to run it. Every other connection the pool opens, or opens again once a connection'sConnMaxLifetimeends, had them off, so a delete on one of those left the child rows behind. Reproduced with a three-connection pool: connection 0 reportsforeign_keys=1, connections 1 and 2 report0.Approach
_pragma=foreign_keys(1), which modernc.org/sqlite applies to every connection it opens.sqliteDSNjoins the path, the configured options and the pragma, handling a path that already carries a query (file::memory:?cache=shared, as the unit tests use) and options that already set it. The one-offExecafterPingis removed.Related Issues
