the problem with vlc-qt and simulide is related to this issue, it will require a lot of building so that will be done separately:

• I have no idea how harfbuzz and mpd (revbump(main/mpd): libicu 78.1 rebuild #27366) got dropped from the rebuild list in the libicu PR.
