[Bug]: ttyd fails after upgrade to version 1.7.7-3 (libwebsockets related error)

Problem description

Hi, after upgrading the packages on my system I noticed that ttyd does not run anymore. Here's the error:

Hi, I just fixed this problem 1 hour ago in this PR,

• tree-wide: apply relative CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR and CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR to more packages that otherwise generate invalid .cmake and .pc files #27562

you can use termux-change-repo to switch to the packages-cf.termux.dev mirror and then use pkg upgrade again to get the newest version and then this error will stop.
