This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

Releases

@team-plain/graphql@4.0.0

Major Changes

  • 3abc931: Regenerate against the current API schema. Adds the Account queries and mutations plus every other operation shipped since the last codegen. No method is removed, but one field is gone from the generated result types, which is why this is a major.

    field TypeScript JavaScript replacement
    FirstResponseTimeServiceLevelAgreement.useBusinessHoursOnly TS2339 at build undefined businessHoursSchedules
    NextResponseTimeServiceLevelAgreement.useBusinessHoursOnly TS2339 at build undefined businessHoursSchedules

    The API deprecated useBusinessHoursOnly because an SLA can now be tracked against several named business hours schedules rather than a single on/off flag. The bundled documents skip deprecated fields, so it drops out wherever an SLA is returned: query.tier and query.tiers, the tier and SLA create, update and delete mutations, and SLA status transitions in timeline entries and importThreadMessages.

    businessHoursSchedules is not selected by the bundled documents yet. Until it is, read it with your own query through PlainGraphQLClient. An empty list means the SLA is tracked 24/7, the old useBusinessHoursOnly: false:

    import { PlainGraphQLClient } from "@team-plain/graphql";
    import { parse } from "graphql";

    const client = new PlainGraphQLClient({ apiKey });
    const data = await client.request(
      parse(`
        query TierSlaSchedules($tierId: ID!) {
          tier(tierId: $tierId) {
            serviceLevelAgreements {
              ... on FirstResponseTimeServiceLevelAgreement { id businessHoursSchedules { id name } }
              ... on NextResponseTimeServiceLevelAgreement { id businessHoursSchedules { id name } }
            }
          }
        }
      `),
      { tierId },
    );

    mutation.createTestThread gains an optional input ({ channel }, defaulting to CHAT on the API). Calling it with no arguments still works: the generator now treats an argument with a schema default as optional instead of required.

Minor Changes

  • 700285e: New method mutation.createThreadFromSlackMessage({ input: { slackChannelId, slackMessageTimestamp } }) creates a thread from a top-level message in a connected customer Slack channel. It triggers the new API_ONLY ingestion mode (SlackIngestionMode) and works in the other modes too. Ingestion is asynchronous: thread is returned only when the message was already ingested; otherwise it is null and the thread arrives later through query.threadBySlackPermalink or the thread.thread_created webhook. Requires thread:create. Replies are rejected.

    Also new in this schema:

    • MachineUser.isAssignableToThreads: false when custom-agent pricing is on and the machine user is neither a custom agent nor Ari
    • SidekickAvailableTool.configurableArgs[].isMultiValued: when true, the builder may pin several values for that arg
    • isWorkflowTask on the discussions filter: when true, only the Sidekick tasks started by an ask_sidekick workflow step
  • 4eae2d5: Support both graphql 16 and 17.

Patch Changes

@team-plain/ui-components@14.0.0

Major Changes

  • 2f61447: Requires @team-plain/graphql 4.0.0. The peer dependency moves from 3.2.0 to 4.0.0, so upgrade both packages together.

@team-plain/webhooks@1.10.1

Patch Changes

Note

Medium Risk
The graphql major removes a typed SLA field and adds API surface; consumers on @team-plain/graphql or ui-components must follow the changelog migration, though this PR itself only changes versions and docs.

Overview
Automated Changesets release that bumps published versions, appends changelog entries, and removes the consumed .changeset/* files. No application source changes appear in this diff—only release metadata.

@team-plain/graphql@4.0.0 (major) documents a schema regen: new Account operations and other API additions, plus removal of useBusinessHoursOnly from SLA result types (use businessHoursSchedules via custom queries until bundled docs select it). Also ships mutation.createThreadFromSlackMessage, optional mutation.createTestThread input, and graphql 16 or 17 peer support, with a patch dependency bump.

@team-plain/ui-components@14.0.0 (major) aligns with graphql 4—upgrade both together.

@team-plain/webhooks@1.10.1 (patch) is a dependency-only bump.
