Updates the READMEs and
.env.examplefiles to match the renamed Plain UI. The machine user is now set up by setting Type to Connected agent instead of turning on the old "Custom agent" toggle. Prose now says "agent" instead of "custom agent".Only docs and code comments change. API names such as
isCustomAgentstay the same.
