It would be time that FromDump supports PcapNG format. It's not very complex.
Either a new element called FromDumpNG or something like that, or a new run_task function dedicated to reading pcapng to avoid conditions everywhere. And then initialize_task() would be adapted to run either run_task or run_task_ng.
