…omments Removes ecosystem-internal process coordinates (work-queue item numbers, phase names, decision headings) from the repo's public surfaces: - README/AGENTS.md: the status block now states the live v0.1.x release line and the all-green matrix (windows-ucrt64 included); stale "unpublished / draft-gated / expected red" claims are removed (the xml2rfc payload has since proven the chain end-to-end); the "DECISION:" heading reads as plain architecture prose; the internal probe citation points at the source factory's public relocation-probe doc; resolved follow-ups (the windows shared-library question, the link-unit bump, the VERSION opening line) drop out of the list. - Code comments and schema headers: same references reworded to plain descriptions; no behavior change. - User-facing strings: the windows exit-69 stderr message and the contract-check error messages no longer cite internal planning items. Comment/documentation/string-literal changes only; no behavior change.
