Network limits are raised to the approved full or partial target, with Tier1 prepared and no user-visible disruption. The upgrade should be a non-event operationally: expected behavior, monitored rollout, no unexpected failed transactions, no SLA regressions, and no emergency rollback.
Exit criteria
- Accepted SLP is scheduled for activation.
- Required stable versions are deployed where needed. SDF infrastructure is updated and verified.
- Tier1 operators are notified and prepared for the upgrade.
- Monitoring dashboards are ready for pre-upgrade, during-upgrade, and post-upgrade validation.
- Kill-switch or rollback procedure is available and understood by the owning teams.
- Network limits are raised to the approved target.
- Post-upgrade validation confirms expected TPS, latency, transaction success, platform health, and SLA behavior.
- Any anomalies are documented and triaged.
