Traceback window

When I need to see the error in a failed job I see:

Which is terrible, it is far too small, I have to scroll all the way to see what's happening, I cannot maximize and If I want to select the text to copy-paste it in another window and read it by doing Ctrl-A Ctrl-C Ctrl-V:

I select everything, everywhere? If I select by hand I see:
