Hmm my only concern here would be minimum release age breaking this. Should we go with something like ~12.140.0?

ughhhh yeah true yuck... guess ~ would make it less likely but still not impossible 🤔

Poked around for a little bit and didn't stumble into anything that nice that solves this, how much to we hate 752de82?
