I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Washington studying Informatics and Neuroscience. My work focuses on the intersection of neural data analysis, health informatics, and computational neuroscience.
I am especially interested in using computational methods to understand human brain activity, build interpretable analysis pipelines, and develop data-driven tools for neuroscience and healthcare research.
- Human intracranial neural data analysis
- ECoG signal processing and visualization
- Aperiodic neural activity and spectral analysis
- Language processing in the human brain
- Clinical and health informatics
- Computational neuroscience and neural engineering
Some of my current research work is ongoing and not yet publicly available, so this GitHub highlights selected coursework, public-data projects, and sanitized analysis workflows.
Programming: Python, R, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Data Analysis: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, tidyverse, ggplot2
Neural Data: time-series analysis, spectral analysis, ECoG visualization, NWB files
Tools: Git/GitHub, Quarto, Google Colab, REDCap, Epic, VS Code
I work on research projects involving human neural recordings and computational analysis of brain activity. Due to data privacy and publication restrictions, raw data and full analyses are not publicly shared, but I am developing skills in signal preprocessing, visualization, and interpretable neural data analysis.
I have experience working with clinical research data, including data abstraction, quality control, and structured databases used in healthcare research settings.
I have worked on projects using public datasets to model health-related outcomes, including demographic and disease-related data analysis.
Through Informatics coursework, I build client-side web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GitHub-based workflows.
I'm interested in research and technical opportunities related to:
- Computational neuroscience
- Neural engineering
- Brain-computer interfaces
- Health informatics
- AI and data science for healthcare
- Human-centered research tools
