Related to #77, as this PR also introduces a new extension point to add projects outside of rust-lang/rust and is not limited to rust-lang/rustup.

This first version simply puts all rustup releases below all Rust releases:

... and the rest of the project seems to be working out of the box from here:

Hi, thanks for the PR! I think that I'd like to first land tests (#105, #99) before we make non-trivial changes to the git aggregation logic. I'll try to get someone to review that.

Regarding the design here, I think that a separate page would be the base, possibly with cross-links from the main page. Having everything be at the very bottom is not great for visibility 😅

Would you mind if I cherry-pick the first 2 style-related commits into a new PR so we can merge that first? Also if you see anything blocking from the prerequisites I'd love to help if possible 🙏
