Dunno why bootstrap tried to use gcc.exe for linking: error: linking with gcc.exe failed: exit code: 1, but that's wrong.

There are more things we need to configure to make it build, but that doesn't matter, because I'm dumb and figuring out solutions at 12 AM is not the best idea.
Our issue is GCC running out of 32-bit usable memory, not 32-bit rustc (at least not yet).
