Removed useless argument `int *state` from `dnet_backend_init` and `dnet_backend_cleanup`
Update descriptions of session methods which responsible for different manipulation of a backend.
'remove' command allows to remove (stop and uninitialize) a backend.
Add 'remove' command to dnet_client: `dnet_client backend -r ${host}:${port}:${family} remove --backend=${backend_id}`.

Add ability to remove a backend. Removed backend will disappear from result of backends' statuses and monitoring. It will not drop
handystatsstatistics related to removed backend sincehandystatscurrently doesn't support dropping of statistics.
