Shortcuts & Automation integration (Raycast, Stream Deck)

Problem

BlinkActions.swift exists for Siri Shortcuts but the integration surface is thin. Power users who live in Raycast, Stream Deck, or Shortcuts can't deeply integrate Blink into their workflows.

Proposal

Expand the Shortcuts/automation surface:

New Actions

• Start Focused Session — "Start a 90-minute deep work session" (custom duration)
• Pause for Duration — "Pause Blink for 1 hour" (auto-resumes)
• Switch Profile — "Switch to Deep Work mode" (requires Focus Modes feature)
• Get Status — Returns current state, time remaining, today's grade (for Raycast display)
• Get Stats — Returns today's break count, compliance %, streak length
• Start Break Now — Trigger an immediate break

URL Scheme Expansion

• blink://pause?duration=60 — pause for 60 minutes
• blink://resume — resume from pause
• blink://break — start break now
• blink://profile/deep-work — switch profile
• blink://status — return status (for scripting)

UX Details

• All actions available in Shortcuts app, Raycast, and any URL scheme consumer
• "Pause for Duration" is the killer action — users want to silence Blink for a meeting without forgetting to turn it back on
• Status action enables Raycast extensions that show Blink state in the launcher

Why This Matters

Turns Blink from a background utility into a first-class citizen in productivity workflows. Power users who integrate deeply don't churn.

Technical Notes

• Expand BlinkActions.swift with new AppIntent conformances
• URLSchemeHandler already exists — add new route handlers
• "Pause for Duration" needs a timer in TimerEngine that auto-resumes
• Status/Stats actions need AppIntentResult with structured data
