Google Maps Email Extractor — Apify Actor usage guide

Run for free on Apify

Search Google Maps by keyword and instantly collect email addresses for each business. Get name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews, GPS coordinates and emails — ready to export as CSV, JSON or Excel.

This repository does not contain the Actor's source code. The Actor itself is closed-source and runs on Apify's infrastructure — this repo is just documentation and example client code showing how to call it via the Apify API/SDK with your own Apify API token. Think of it as a "cookbook" repo, not the product itself.

Run it on Apify → https://apify.com/leadsbrary/google-maps-email-extractor?fpr=aupara

What it does

A Google Maps-focused email and business contact extractor that searches places by keyword and location, collects email addresses and contact details for each business, and returns per-business records for lead generation. The Actor crawls Google Maps search results and individual place pages to discover email addresses and extract business metadata such as business name, postal address, phone number, website URL, average rating, review count and sample reviews, price level, short descriptions, weekly opening hours, GPS coordinates, photo URLs, and map/place identifiers. It includes filtering options to restrict results to leads with a confirmed email, to apply minimum rating thresholds, and to exclude closed businesses; it also supports proxy usage (residential proxies recommended) to improve scraping reliability.…

Pricing

Pay-per-event pricing — you only pay for what the Actor actually delivers:

  • Actor Start — $0.00005 (one-time, per run). Charged when the Actor starts running. Number of events charged depends on Actor memory (one event per GB, minimum one event).
  • Google Maps Email Extractor — $0.003–$0.001 depending on your Apify usage tier. Find verified business contacts directly from Google Maps. Each result includes the business email address alongside name, address, phone, website, rating and location. Filter by city, minimum rating or email availability. Export-ready in CSV, JSON or Excel — ideal for sales prospecting, local outreach and lead generation.

(Apify may also charge a small amount for the platform compute the Actor uses while running — see the pricing tab on the Actor page for exact current numbers.)

Quick start

You need an Apify account and API token (console.apify.com → Settings → Integrations). Don't have one yet? See the signup section below — new accounts get $5 of free usage credit every month.
