Documents apache/pinot#19898: segmentTarCompressionCodec default and Zstandard example, archive consumer upgrade compatibility, gzip metadata sidecars, generation versus existing LZ4 discovery, and push pattern migration. Verified merged SPI, generation runners, push selection and backfill discovery. Diff check and local docs validator pass.
