Better events table with searching, filtering, pagination abilities

The current events table has basic sorting and pagination abilities. Users have requested features like:

• Searching
• Filtering
• Pagination (that works well with other features)
• Creating email lists with current filter

A library like DataTables could be useful in implementing these features.
