…contract fix(api): handle CoinGecko dropping COP
Partner-provisioned credentials act as the profile they are bound to, but were invisible in the dashboard credential list (and un-revocable) because /v1/api-credentials hard-filtered partner_id IS NULL. With all five migrated production credentials being partner-scoped, every API customer saw an empty key page. Unify the model: list and revoke cover every credential of the session's profile; creation still mints profile-managed credentials only.
