fix(tmux): use set-clipboard external for nested SSH sessions - #58

Change OSC 52 clipboard setting from 'on' to 'external' to forward escape sequences to outer terminal. Fixes copy mode not working in Mac(tmux) -> Step -> EC2(tmux) multi-hop SSH configurations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
