Description

Adds the blog post The real cost of your observability stack, part of the OpenSearch Observability Stack SRE
blog series. The post walks an SRE through a root-cause-analysis scenario using
the Observability Stack, with freshly captured screenshots and verified
configuration.

Resolves #4171

I have pushed an update:

Fixed two vale spelling errors: replaced 'oncall' with 'on-call engineers' and rephrased 'debuggability' to avoid the unknown word. Removed 3 unused images from the PR (trace-gantt.png, trace-graph.png, traces-filtered.png).

Observability should scale with your systems, including the intelligent ones, not against your budget. And you should not have to give up ownership to achieve it.
