• Move the AI assistant guidance from CLAUDE.md to a new AGENTS.md, so it is usable by any coding assistant. CLAUDE.md now only imports it (@AGENTS.md).
• Add the OpenSpec slash commands (/opsx:*) and skills under .claude/ used to propose, apply and archive changes.
