[Tagging] QA New Taxonomy Table

For the development of new features in the taxonomy table, the table had to be rebuilt from scratch instead of using the paragon table. The table needs to be tested for general use and accessibility.

Goal of ticket is to understand acceptance criteria from OpenCraft on the taxonomy table prior to this ticket (original taxonomy table) as well as verifying parity from an accessibility perspective.
