Summary

Clean successor to closed PR #1649. This branch starts from current main (087dffd2) and synchronizes only campaign, mission, status, and public science surfaces that are materially stale against merged evidence. It does not transplant the former snapshot wholesale and does not add generated task views.

The synchronization records the July terminal gates for OQMD, Lattice QCD, CHARA/DEBCat, quantum-size, ThermoML, dimensional-analysis, FRB, nuclear prediction, and calibration-only campaigns. Research mode now recommends READY TASK-1081 and reports six READY science tasks across five surfaces.
