/v1/earn/balance reports earned_active_status=ledger_incomplete for every pool on mainnet

in UI users see "Earned —" on the earn dashboard page. For me both positions (Aave, Midas) come back with earned_active=null, status ledger_incomplete, deposit_count=0, with no pending earn operations and a normal cashflow history.
