1. deploy Accounting contract and deps
2. deploy SwapManager contract
3. add fixtures
4. Swap API getQuote()
5. Swap API getAddress()
6. Sign the transfer tx
7. Swap API swap() (does the actual swap etc.)
8. accounting.getBalance() for target token should be >0, accounting.getBalance() for source token should be reduced
