Fixes #1133

Vite DevTools' built-in Messages devframe installs @devframes/service-open and passes devframe's services barrier before Nuxt DevTools mounts the Assets devframe. Re-declaring the service at that point cannot merge the Assets roots option, so devframe only prints DF0066 on every dev server start.

The Assets devframe now skips services the host already provides. Behaviour is unchanged, since the late options were already being ignored, and the public dir lies inside the workspace root that the service allows by default.

This PR was created with the help of an agent.

Walkthrough

The assets integration now filters services whose packages are already present in kit.services before passing the definition to kit.install. The DevTools test context now includes a services.has stub that returns false.

Explanation

Issue #1133 requires removal of the duplicate @devframes/service-open request that causes DF0066. packages/devtools/src/integrations/assets.ts now filters the Assets devframe services with kit.services.has(service.package) before installation. This skips a service already provided by the host and preserves the existing install path for other services. The test context adds the required services.has API.

Full details: Docstring Coverage

Explanation

Docstring coverage is 100.00% which is sufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 1 functions across 2 files.

Exercise the installed-service filtering branch.

The test sets services.has to always return false, so it does not exercise the new branch. It also does not inspect the install payload. Add the @devframes/service-open case and assert that only the uninstalled service remains.
