  1. Installed via ext install
  2. code-insiders --enable-proposed-api=donjayamanne.vscode-jupytext
  3. couldn't see option to convert, after right clicking on py/ipynb file
  4. tried to install both jupytext libraries via marketplace.
  5. getting the above error.
