… script Adds scripts/update-fixtures.sh to fetch real API responses via OctoKitCLI against stable public targets, enabling ongoing fixture validation against the live GitHub API. Updates 14 fixture JSON files with real responses and fixes all test assertions to match (user nerdishbynature org, octokit.swift repo, live issue/PR/release/label data). Adds --state and --per-page options to PullRequest CLI GetList to support fetching closed PRs. Adds two new fixtures: stars.json and followers.json.
