Swaps in the fleet activity graphic showing active databases in green and idle ones dimmed, which reads scale-to-zero at fleet scale, and rebuilds the social preview from it.

Replaces the outdated Business-plan table with the v2 project and branch endpoints, current plan availability, and the full set of invoice-aligned metrics platforms use for billing and fleet observability.
Replaces the short bullet list with the quota object surface, per-metric caps, endpoint sizing settings, and how hard suspend works for tier enforcement, with a link to the configure consumption limits guide.
Places Dominic Whyte’s free-plan isolation quote under instant provisioning and scale-to-zero, linking the Zite case study.
