ØMQ plugin for RabbitMQ

This RabbitMQ plugin uses the Erlang "Erlzmq" Ømq bindings to bridge Ømq and AMQP traffic. Earlier versions used the original (and now deprecated) Erlzmq bindings, but current versions use the newer NIF-based Erlzmq2 bindings.
