MOSIP-45683 - Removed hardcoded version from JAR name and run instructions
<fileName>is now${project.artifactId}-${project.version}-jar-with-dependencies, so a version bump only changes<version>. The resolved JAR name is unchanged, and the Dockerfile and entrypoint already use the*wildcard.*-jar-with-dependencies.jarwildcard (with a PowerShell variant), the duplicate-jaris removed, and the "jar" note says the version comes frompom.xml.Same change as resident-services mosip/resident-services#1678.
