  • Update Gemfile/Gemfile.lock toward Hyrax 5.3.0 and Rails 7.2.4 with minimal verified dependency changes
  • Resolve bundle and boot issues in the Docker test environment without flipping Rails defaults wholesale
  • Adjust focused code/tests for Hyrax actor stack and closely related integration points only as required by the upgrade
  • Run targeted Docker-based specs/checks, then document tested commands, blockers, and remaining risks
