Hello from Alerts Manager! We added a couple causes on our end so I took this opportunity to update API's cause enum to be in parity with our list. AFAIK this list is just used to generate documentation. For reference, our list lives at https://github.com/mbta/alerts_ui/blob/main/lib/alerts_ui/models/cause.ex
