Teams notification control is coarse: you can't cleanly say "mute this channel but keep it visible," "only @mentions here," or "silence this chat until tomorrow." Noise is a top complaint.
Proposal
Per-conversation notification profiles: mute-until (auto-unmute), "keep visible, no badge," mentions-only, and VIP/priority chats that always banner. Stretch: an AI "is this worth interrupting you?" gate. All enforced client-side over Teamsly's own notification/SSE stream.
Graph feasibility
Likely — mostly client-side. Mention/priority data from Graph; mute/profile state stored Teamsly-side; gating happens in our notification layer.
